If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
You are solely responsible for everything that happens on your account.

If account information is found to be false, 890 reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account at any time.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 890 platform:

Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Using automated software, bots, or hacking methods.
Collecting other users' information or harassing them.
Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
Unfairly gaining bonuses or benefits through multiple accounts.

If any such activity is confirmed, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 890 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
Funds deposited with a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer on 890 comes with its own terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated conditions.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to withdrawable balance once the relevant conditions are met.
Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
890 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
